MPCC hosts RIPPED workout

Memorial Park Community Center, 510 Bert St., invites those 18 and older to participate in a popular and highly efficient body workout. The Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics (jump training) and Diet (RIPPED) method combines the best fitness elements in a comprehensive 55-minute long workout session.

This ongoing class costs $5 per person and is held Mondays 6-7 p.m. and Saturdays 9-10 a.m.
