Ease into fitness with Sassy Strides and Strength

Memorial Park Community Center (MPCC), 510 Bert St., invites women 16 and older to participate in Sassy Strides and Strength, a class designed for those with beginner to moderate fitness levels. The class will focus on walking or running and some light to moderate strength training. Sessions will be held outdoors when weather permits.

Classes will be held from 1-1:45 p.m. each Tuesday from March 27-May 22. Register in person at MPCC. Cost is $1 per class.
