MPCC blends fitness techniques with Bells and Barre class

Memorial Park Community Center, 510 Bert St., is offering a 50-minute class called Bells and Barre that combines two, 25-minute segments of today’s most popular and effective strategies.  

Basic kettlebell and strength moves will be performed to music for a total body workout focused on arms, legs and core. Barre Express components include Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises used by dancers to deliver a results-driven workout.

Bells and Barre requires no dance experience and modifications are available for all fitness levels. This ongoing class is open to those 16 and older. Class is $6 per session and will be held from 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Thursdays. Please register in person at MPCC.
